On 24 December 2024
the school celebrated the spirit of Christmas with two lively assemblies
organized by Class VII and the Primary Wing's Prithvi House.
The first assembly, conducted by Class VII, focused on themes of kindness, gratitude and
thankfulness. It began with a prayer by the school choir, followed by a series
of thoughtful presentations, including a dance-drama that
depicted the birth of Jesus Christ. The Guest of Honour, Cdt Aabhas Bijalwan, an alumnus, lauded the students'
efforts and encouraged them towards personal growth. Ms. Anu Mathews, alumni coordinator, also spoke,
appreciating the creativity of the students.
The second assembly, organized by Prithvi House from the Primary Wing,
was a joyous celebration of the festive season. The auditorium was beautifully
adorned with Christmas decorations, creating a cheerful atmosphere. The event
featured carol singing, a skit on the values of Lord Jesus, a high-energy dance performance and Santa Claus engaging with the
audience. The assembly concluded with an inspiring message from the Principal,
urging students to embrace positivity, sincerity and the spirit of giving.
Both assemblies fostered a sense of unity and
joy, spreading the message of kindness and goodwill across the school
community.
