Art is hands-on, gives immediate rewards, focuses on positive achievements and fosters collaboration. It provides many opportunities for students to demonstrate their skills by giving them a medium to connect new knowledge to personal experiences and express themselves effectively. Art makes children develop confidence and positivity.
APS, Noida encourages all students to express themselves by means of a variety of artistic pursuits. The students learn free hand drawing, sketching and origami and painting using different media like oil poster, acrylic, and fabric paints, to name a few. Craft making are fun activities for kids. Making miniature statues from clay, folding paper to create fine origami or designing a handmade birthday card, there are several art and crafts activities, which can enhance the interest of the children and enhance their artistic potential.
In addition, our constant endeavour is to encourage our learners to be innovative while using waste material to practice the three R s – reduce, reuse and recycle, while being at their creative best! We, at APS NOIDA, foster higher levels of thinking that integrate art with academic subjects as well as to life outside school - for a true coordination of 3 Hs - Head, Heart and Hand.
