A special assembly on the importance of mental health title “Reset the Mindset” was conducted by class IX students on 23 Sep 2022.  The assembly featured prayer, thoughts in Sanskrit as a part from the news. The mind perform by the students brought out the cause such as unhealthy food, stress, peer pressure for a unhealthy mind and how we can overcome it by harnessing the power within. The school mental health ambassadors were introduced which was followed by a medley of motivating songs the Class IX band. The guest of honor by Col Mona Kulbir Singh & Mrs Malini Narayana, Principal APS Shankar Vihar applauded the approaches of the relevant theme and its presentation by students.
