Social Science Week for the classes
I-XII was organised from 16th to 21st October, 2022. In the primary wing, to make
the young learners understand the world around them and also to help them gain
knowledge of their environment a plethora of activities such as Where Do I Live?,
Places I explored!, Landform Fun! Bookmark for Solar System, Flash cards on Timeline
of Events Leading to India’s Independence were organised. The activities for
Sustainable Diwali Décor across India, ‘Exploring the colours of the past through
the Mughal Miniatures and Warli Art, Wall Paper activity on the Indian National
Movement. Caricature on Political Propaganda Across Time & Space,
Collage activity on ‘Gender perceptions around me’, - Panel discussion on Make
mental health and well-being for all - A Global Priority were conducted for
classes VI- XII to showcase the enlivened fanciful talent and creativity of the
students as they develop an in-depth knowledge of the subject. An exhibition on
the theme of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ was also curated in the school during
the week.
