Army Public School, NOIDA organised a yoga session to mark the International Yoga Day on 21^st of June 2023 in the school premises. The session was conducted by Yoga Guru Arun Juyal and Yoga Guru Maya Sharma from Yogasthali, Vasundhara. The principal, members of the faculty, admin staff and students along with their family members participated in the programme both online and offline. Guru Arun Juyal delineated the importance of each yoga posture which promotes health and body hygiene for the edification of the participants as they emulated Guru Maya Sharma who demonstrated the yoga postures. It was a remarkable event which brought the people of different ages on one platform to promote hearty lifestyle
