Bagless Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Army Public School Noida as a part of the Social Science Week. The objective of the event was to promote  experiential learning and provide students with an opportunity to engage in hands-on activities related to Social Science Activities:

A special screening of the educational  movie`Swades’ was held  in the school auditorium. The movie is based on the life of an NRI couple, Aravinda Pillalamarri and Ravi Kuchimanchi, who returned to India and help Bilgaon, a small village in Maharashtra, by utilising the nearby waterfall to create energy. The movie provided a visually engaging platform for students to grasp ideas about nationalism, rural governance, education, culture, women empowerment in an entertaining and relatable manner. A discussion took place after the movie with the students to highlight the various topics shown in the movie related to Social Science.
