Army Public School, Noida, celebrated its 29 Raising Day with grandeur on the 01 Sep 2023 to commemorate the successful completion of 29 glorious years of its establishment. The Chief Guest of the occasion was Brigadier B.S. Jasrotia, Commander, 261 Artillery Brigade and Chairman, APS Noida. He was accompanied by Mrs. Vandana Jasrotia, Senior Family Welfare Officer, AWWA. The Guest of Honour was Mr Neeraj Jain, Managing Director, Scholastic India Pvt. Ltd.

 The programme began with the lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries and the Principal, Mrs Jyoti Rana. The school choir presented the prayer song accompanied by a mesmerizing dance performance by students in divine invocation. In the welcome address, the principal welcomed the Chief Guest, Special Guests, and the Special Invitees – parents and guardians as well as the school alumni and winners of the previous year’s board exams. To mark the momentous occasion, a dialogue on the journey of the school since its inception on the same day in 1995 was presented by the students of middle school in a nostalgic fervor.

 In the Felicitation Ceremony, the Chief Guest Brigadier BS Jasrotia, Mrs Vandana Jasrotia and Principal, Mrs Jyoti Rana presented the awards and certificates to the toppers of the CBSE Board Exams, the winners of the Ethics Bowl Runners Up. Trophy and the winners of various sports tournaments. In his key note address, the Chief Guest urged the students to follow three rules in life – to persevere, to remain positive and to be good human beings who strive to keep themselves fit and healthy to contribute to the progress of the society. The programme culminated as the Head Prefect, Karan Tiwari proposed the Vote of Thanks and the school choir rendered the national anthem.
