The Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (EIC), New Delhi started their course for teachers in 2022. Mrs Karuna Dhall, TGT Science, completed the course and has felicitated virtually as the School Innovation Ambassador. In 2023 the Ministry of EIC started a School Innovation Contest. All the School Innovation Ambassadors were asked to submit innovative project ideas with business models created by their team consisting of 5 students with mandatory conditions of one female student. The following team members of APS NOIDA submitted the project - Trash Terminator on the theme of waste management:-

This innovative project (a hardware product) utilizes a camera module, deviating from traditional sensors, enabling enhanced trash detection and more efficient obstacle avoidance.
