The school organised an educational trip to Rashtrapati Bhavan (circuit 1&2) on Apr 20, 2024 for the hostellers. The trip was facilitated by Ms Nishu Sachdeva (Hostel Warden), and the teachers of Social Science department Ms Sushma Sharma and Mr Abhishek Sharma. The students were taken on a tour of the museums that displayed the legacy of Indian Presidents and the history of freedom struggle. They visited various enclaves with exhibits of photographs, belongings, gifts and awards of the presidents received over the years. Also, they were fascinated by the artefacts and paintings on display. The tour concluded with a technology-supported interactive story-telling session on the life of Mahatma Gandhi, which touched the heart of the audience. The students were mesmerised by the splendour of Rashtrapati Bhavan and its beautiful halls. They were treated with refreshment there by the Rashtrapati Bhavan officials. The trip culminated with a sumptuous meal at Andhra Bhavan. The tour was a great learning experience for the students.
