APS NOIDA participated in the HCL JIGSAW 5.0 Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Competition which is a pioneering program of HCL Group. In line with the New Education Policy, HCL Jigsaw 5.0 is devised to identify and award India’s Top Young Problem Solvers from Grades VI-IX through a multi-layered evaluation process in two rounds as follows:

·         Round 1 (Qualifier Round - MCQ): Round 1 was organised pan India and the time given to the students was 40-minutes. It was a Critical Reasoning Competition. Out of 37 students of classes VI-IX from Army Public School NOIDA who participated in the qualifier round in Aug 2024, eighteen students cleared the qualifier round and reached the Semi Finals.

·         Round 2 Teams of 3 students were formed from the Qualifiers of Round 1, and a Project Theme was assigned. This round was a two-day event conducted on Aug 24-25, 2024. Overall, it was a good learning experience for the students.
