President AWWA, Rolling Trophy, Ethics Bowl is an event that is held annually under the aegis of AWWA, a non profit organisation for the welfare of dependents of army personnel. It seeks to foster intellectual conviction and strong moral bearing in the future generations.  Selection for Western Command team to be fielded for the AWWA trophy was conducted by APS Chandimandir at Chandimandir from 16-18 May 2023. At the Western Command level 5 teams entered the competition. Two teams from 9 Corps and one team each from 11 Corps, 2 Corps and Delhi NCR . The Delhi NCR team comprised of 6 members. Mentors of the Delhi NCR team Mrs Preeti Agarwal ( PGT BIO ), APS NOIDA and Mrs Monica Singh ( PGT ENGLISH), APS Shankar Vihar. The Delhi NCR team played a match on 17 May 2023 against APS Ambala  and emerged out winners. On 18 May 2023 , the final match was between Delhi NCR team and APS Pathankot team. The Final match commenced with the moderator reading out the case studies and the teams presenting their carefully researched viewpoints. The discussions were found to be extremely thought- provoking by one and all present.  The Delhi NCR team was declared as the winner of the final match. The event culminated with Mrs Vijaya Khanduri, Regional President, AWWA, Western Command  and Mrs Dhiman handing over the certificates , gifts and cups to both the teams. The winners lifted the Trophy amidst jubilation and rejoicing.
